“We were organizing two innovative ‘On Camera Clinic’ training workshops and a series of one-on-one voice and presence coaching sessions for 34 academic staff. These were to up-skill their teaching practice in digital medium and videos, to develop their skills for creating successful online videos both in front of and behind the camera, and to prepare a smaller group of them for video shoots to be used in a Massive Open Online Course (a MOOC). I was lucky to have met Alyson previously, benefited from her amazing executive coach skills, and invited her to help us with this new task.
